First Atlantic Restoration is looking for a motivated, reliable, and personable Assistant Project Manager (APM) in the Virginia Beach area that has a strong work ethic. The APM is responsible for assisting the Project Manager by working in the field, production and oversight of all assigned jobs. 1 year experience is required in construction and must be able to work some overtime.

Job Summary:
  • Role: Assistant Project Manager
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Working closely with Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Carpenter 
    • Coordinating materials, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are on time and within budget
    • Helping restore homes and businesses to pre-loss condition
    • Requires high organization, compassion, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee reconstruction projects from start to finish
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and office staff to ensure alignment and information flow
  • Coordinate material deliveries, pull permits, and schedule inspections
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractors for multiple projects
  • Ensure compliance with all requirements and deliver exceptional results
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in residential construction
  • Must be motivated, dependable, and personable with a strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime
  • Maintain a drug-free lifestyle and professionalism on and off the job site

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
